二、行走疗法(Walking Therapy

Counseling Service Formats

1. Talk Therapy

Explanation: Talk Therapy is the most common form of psychological counseling. Through purposeful conversations between the counselor and the client, it helps clients sort out their emotions, explore behavioral patterns, and cognitive roots. It is available in two forms: online and in person.

  • Online Talk Therapy: Counseling is conducted via video conferencing, voice calls, or instant messaging tools. It breaks through geographical limitations, offering convenience and accessibility. It is suitable for clients with tight schedules or those who find it difficult to visit a counseling room.
  • In Person Talk Therapy: Face-to-face counseling takes place in a physical counseling room. The counselor can more intuitively observe the client’s non-verbal cues (such as body language and facial expressions), creating a more private and focused communication atmosphere.

2. Walking Therapy

Explanation: Walking Therapy combines physical activity with psychotherapy. The counselor and the client talk while walking in an outdoor natural environment. The relaxed state during walking and the natural scenery help clients relieve stress, stimulate creativity, and promote more equal and open communication. 3. Movie Therapy

Explanation: Movie Therapy uses movies as a medium. By watching and discussing the plots, characters, and themes in movies, it guides clients to project their own experiences and emotions, exploring conflicts and needs in the subconscious. The counselor selects appropriate movies based on the client’s specific problems. The movie scenes trigger resonance, helping clients reflect on their situations more objectively and learn problem-solving methods.
