我从事心理咨询工作已逾 14 年，这期间累计完成数千小时的咨询时长，那些鲜活的故事，长久的陪伴、聆听、共情、分析、分享。。。直至今日，支持我始终如一地投身这一事业的动力，是源自内心深处对人性的强烈兴趣。
常有人疑惑：心理咨询师为何愿意倾听他人的抱怨、矛盾与困惑？而我恰恰享受这种「进入他人内心世界」的过程，并始终致力于成为那个能为来访者梳理思绪的人。就像呼吸 —— 未曾学习过呼吸技巧的人，其呼吸往往是混乱、碎片化的；而经过调理后，呼吸会变得规律、有节奏且连贯。心理咨询的本质，正是帮助来访者完成从混沌（chaos）到清晰的蜕变：让无序的情绪、模糊的认知、纠结的关系，逐渐变得条理分明。
每一位来访者都是独一无二的生命体，而我始终对「从混乱到清晰」的转化过程充满热忱。无论是个人成长中的自我认知、情感关系中的冲突化解，还是心灵障碍的突破、与外界链接的重建，这一过程本质上都是「从模糊走向澄明」的旅程。
心理咨询这份工作，不仅是我帮助他人的途径，更是自我成长的修行。未来，我希望将这份在探索人性中收获的成长与感悟，分享给更多需要的人。
A 14-Years My Counseling Story
I have been steadfastly walking the path of psychotherapy for 14 years, accumulating thousands of hours of counseling experience and witnessing countless transformations and growths of the human spirit. To me, this career is not just a job but a lifelong exploration sparked by my deep fascination with human nature.
Many wonder: Why would anyone choose to listen to others’ worries, conflicts, and struggles? For me, every dive into a client’s inner world is a profound adventure. I take joy in helping people sort through their thoughts and lift the fog of confusion, much like guiding someone who has never learned proper breathing from chaotic, fragmented inhales and exhales to a rhythmic, steady, and coherent flow—psychotherapy is the art of leading life from chaos to clarity.
In my eyes, every client is a unique individual with boundless potential. Whether it’s the confusion in personal growth, the entanglements in emotional relationships, the healing of psychological wounds, or the establishment of deep connections with the outside world, I always accompany them with full enthusiasm, guiding them through life’s chaos to embrace cognitive and emotional clarity.
Looking back on these 14 years, the growth and nourishment this work has given me are immeasurable. Now, I long to share the insights and strength gained from this journey of helping others with more souls seeking change, walking hand in hand on this path of self-discovery and growth.
